I have to eat gluten free. There is no problem of avoiding the obvious food with wheat flour, I want to know where the flour could be hidden.
Are fried seafood and fish at food stalls floured before frying?
Are noodles in soup wheat or rice, can I find this out?
How are the sauces thickened?
MSG - I have at home Kikkoman which has wheat, and La Choy which is without. How can I know in Thailand?

I can eat rice, corn, potatoes, all fruits and vegetables, meat, fish and seafood, only not wheat.
